The Starter Kit is the first major output of the project and sets the groundwork for everything that follows. It brings together three core elements: a state-of-the-art review of current digital health and hybrid management practices, a set of case studies that show how these approaches are being applied in real contexts, and a package of digital tools to support educators in introducing them into their teaching. Together, these resources give universities a practical and evidence-based starting point for modernising their courses. The Starter Kit is designed to be adaptable so that institutions of different sizes and backgrounds can use it to update curricula in a way that fits their own needs.
Our bootcamps are short, intensive training sessions where students and staff can practise using digital health tools in realistic healthcare scenarios. They provide hands-on experience with technologies like telemedicine and electronic health records, while also building teamwork, leadership and problem-solving skills. The aim is to prepare future professionals who are confident, adaptable and ready to work in modern healthcare environments.
The OERs are designed to give both students and educators practical, accessible ways to build skills in digital health and hybrid management. They go beyond theory, offering interactive learning materials, examples, and activities that show how new technologies and approaches can be applied in real healthcare settings.
For educators, the OERs provide ready-to-use content that can slot into existing courses, helping them to update curricula without starting from scratch. For students, they offer engaging tools for independent study, supporting them to strengthen their digital competences and management abilities at their own pace.
